Fried Small Sea Fish with Cumin

After the fish is cleaned, marinate with a little salt and pepper for at least two hours to add more flavor.

Dip a thin layer of flour before frying.

Pour olive oil into the hot pan and put the fish in.

Fry on both sides until golden brown.
5.
Turn off the heat and sprinkle with cumin and a pinch of salt.

Then put the coriander and shallots into the dish and stir evenly.
