Fried Snail Meat with Dried Beans

1. Soak dried beans in warm water.

2. Wash the snail meat and drain the water.

3. Dice the soaked dried beans into cubes.

4. Finely chop ginger and smash garlic.

5. Heat the wok to release the oil, add the red hot peppers and fry them to create a fragrance.

6. Add minced ginger and minced garlic and stir fry to create a fragrant aroma.

7. Pour the snail meat and stir fry.

8. Add the diced beans and stir well, add some cooking wine.

9. Add appropriate amount of sugar, salt, light soy sauce, and pepper, and cook on medium heat for about 10 minutes.

10. The broth dries quickly out of the pot for serving

The snail meat can be processed by the boss who sells aquatic products.
