Fried Snails

1. Clean up the snails.

2. Boil in water for two minutes, remove and rinse with water.

3. Add oil to the pot, add green onion, ginger and garlic.

4. Add the pepper and a spoonful of bean paste.

5. Pour the escargot and stir fry.

6. Add salt, sugar, light soy sauce, cooking wine and pepper, stir fry, then add a small amount of water for two minutes.
