Fried Snails

First clip off the tail of the snail and wash it

Then cut the green pepper, ginger, garlic, and coriander

Then cook the escargot for 5 minutes

Add oil, put the ginger garlic and coriander, and fry for 30 seconds. Pour in the escargot and fry for 5 minutes. Add a bowl of water, add extra oil, chicken powder and soy sauce, cover and simmer for 5 minutes.
