Fried Snails with Prawns

Ingredients: flower snails (washed), river prawns (washed), ginger slices, chives

Put the cleaned snails in a pot of clean water, blanch for 1 minute, and remove them.

Pour the oil in the saucepan and heat it up, then put the ginger slices in the saucepan.

Afterwards, put in the washed prawns and add appropriate amount of cooking wine.

Stir fry.

Then, add the blanched snails and stir fry.

Then, add the right amount of soy sauce.

Add the right amount of sugar.

Add the right amount of salt.

Season and stir well.

Finally, put the chives and serve.
