Fried Soft Twist

To make the dough use a bread machine, put in water, eggs, sugar, salt, noodles, oil, and yeast, and it will be ready in an hour and a half. Take it out and divide it into six small doses, knead it into a 50 cm long strip, and curl it twice.

Cover it with plastic wrap and wake up for 10 minutes. After a long time, the lines will disappear.

Heat the oil pan until there are small bubbles in the chopsticks and change it to the minimum fire. Put in the twist. Turn it over if it changes color, turn it over several times and fry it evenly

Once it's fried, it will grow up. Don't worry about the oil, just take it out.
