Fried Squid

Squid cut flowers (cut with a 45-degree diagonal knife and then cut with a vertical knife-none of them are cut off).

When the squid section and the squid must be boiled in boiling water, pick them up for later use.

Remove the stalks of enoki mushrooms and set aside.

Pour edible oil in a hot pan until it is 9 mature, add sliced ginger, pepper, and green onions and saute until fragrant.

Pour the green and red peppers and stir-fry for 1 minute.

Pour in the squid and stir quickly for 20 seconds, then add the enoki mushrooms and stir for 10 seconds.

Add appropriate amount of light soy sauce, salt and stir fry for 15 seconds. Add the right amount of fuel to quickly stir fry.
8.
Add the coriander and stir fry, then add an appropriate amount of chicken broth to the pan and serve.
