Fried Squid
1.
Wash the fresh squid and peel off the black film. Cut and set aside
2.
Take a pot to boil water and fly the squid over the water
3.
The squid flying over the water rides out to spare
4.
Clean the ginger and garlic and cut them for later use
5.
Wash the chili to remove the chili seeds inside, break it into pieces by hand and set aside
6.
Take out a wok to dry and put the oil, add 50% oil to the ginger and garlic until fragrant, then pour in the bean paste and fry a few times
7.
Pour the squid and stir-fry for a minute
8.
Pour in the chili and fry it together, and the chili can be cooked when its color changes. The bean paste is salty, so you don't need to add salt.
Tips:
The squid needs to fly in water, so it won’t come out when it’s fired.
