Fried Squid

Wash the squid and tear off the black outer membrane.

Cut the squid slices with a cross knife, heat the pan and stir-fry the water out, drain the water and stir-fry until there is no water (so that the squid is not old).

Cut the onion into small pieces.

Cut the green pepper into small pieces with an oblique knife.
5.
Chop the watercress and stir fry in a pan with 70% oil.

Pour in the squid and stir fry evenly.

Add cooking wine, garlic slices, ginger slices, green peppers, and onions in turn and stir-fry for 2 minutes, then add half a spoon (a small spoon for eating) of old extract, a spoon of light soy sauce, a little salt, and pepper, continue to stir-fry 2- For 5 minutes, taste the tenderness of the squid for yourself.
