Fried Squid Head with Chives

Clean the squid head.

Cut into small pieces.

Wash and cut the leeks.

To consume oil, soy sauce, pepper, cooking wine, salt, starch, add two spoons of water.

Adjust a sauce for later use.

Put clean water in the pot, add the squid heads and blanch them.

Tips:
Put the pepper and minced ginger in the pot over a low fire. After all the ingredients are put in, stir fry on a high fire to keep the taste of the leek. If it is over-fried, it will not taste good.
