Fried Squid Rings

Carefully remove the purple film on the outside of the squid ring.

Wash it again with boiling water.
3.
Marinate with white wine and pepper for 8 minutes.

While marinating, prepare eggs, flour, and breadcrumbs.
5.
Wrap a layer of egg liquid.
6.
Coat a layer of flour.
7.
Wrap in breadcrumbs and serve on a plate.

Wait for the 7th layer of oil to heat up the squid rings and fry them until they are golden brown!
9.
Serve with lettuce and tomato sauce and start eating!
Tips:
1: Be sure to tear off the purple film of the squid takeaway, so that it can play a role in removing fishy.
2: It is recommended to wrap all the squid rings with egg, flour, and bread crumbs before frying.
2: The oil temperature is controlled until the 7th layer is the best.
