Fried Squid Rings

The frozen squid rings are fully dissolved in the water and the film on the surface is torn off

Shred green onion and ginger

Add appropriate amount of salt, pepper, cooking wine, green onions, ginger and marinate for 20 minutes

Prepare egg liquid, starch, bread crumbs

Tips:
The oil should not be too hot or too cold. Too hot will make it easy to fry. Too cold can easily make food eaten oil and affect the taste.
