There are N methods for squid. Squid is rich in calcium, phosphorus and iron, which is good for bone development and hematopoiesis, and can effectively treat anemia. Fried squid rings are delicious but easy to prepare.

Fried Squid Rings

1. The frozen squid rings are fully dissolved in the water and the film on the surface is torn off

2. Shred green onion and ginger

3. Add appropriate amount of salt, pepper, cooking wine, green onions, ginger and marinate for 20 minutes

4. Prepare egg liquid, starch, bread crumbs

5. The marinated squid rings are water-controlled, and the marinated squid rings are wrapped in starch firstly

6. Dip the egg liquid again

8. Shake off the excess bread crumbs for later use

Tips:

The oil should not be too hot or too cold. Too hot will make it easy to fry. Too cold can easily make food eaten oil and affect the taste.
