Fried Squid with Asparagus

Cut the asparagus into sections and set aside.

Cut the fresh squid into circles and set aside.
3.
Heat the ginger and garlic in a pot and saute until fragrant.
4.
Put the asparagus, fresh squid, and oyster sauce in the pot and stir fry evenly for a minute.
5.
Stir-fry evenly before serving (both ingredients are already cooked after dipping in water, so it is not advisable to stir-fry for too long).
