Fried Squid with Celery
1.
Celery cut into sections for later use

Cut the diamond pattern with a diagonal knife on the inside of the squid, do not cut it
3.
Divide the cut patterned squid into small pieces, then add boiling water to boil, remove and set aside
4.
Scallion, ginger, garlic and sauté pan, add squid
5.
Stir-fry with Korean chili sauce over medium to low heat
6.
Add celery and chili segments
