Fried Stand Shrimp

Clean the small prawns, pick up the impurities, and control the moisture for later use.
To deep-fry, it is best to choose small shrimps about 5 cm in length, with thin skin and clean shrimp threads.

Add 20 grams of cooking wine to the dried prawns.

Tips:
1. Shrimp must be cleaned, because it needs to be eaten with the skin;
2. When the oil temperature is high enough, the stand shrimp must be shaken, otherwise it will stick to a lump;
