The steamed bun is sliced and cooked directly by frying. I have a trick. It won’t be soaked in oil. It has a crispy texture on the outside and a tender inside. The taste is very good. It tastes not greasy. It is very fragrant. Love this.

Let's take a look at my approach, and if you have any tricks, let's share it.

Ingredients

Fried Steamed Bun Slices

1. Cut the steamed buns into large slices about 1 cm thick

2. Take a larger container, put it in cold boiled water and drink a little salt and stir. Don't use raw water, you can use mineral water or cold boiled water. Put in the sliced steamed buns, turn them on both sides, so that the steamed buns are filled with water.

3. Put the oil in the pan, put the steamed bun slices, don’t be afraid of splashing, there will be a little splash of oil just after putting it in, it will be ready in a few seconds

4. Fry on high heat until the steamed buns are golden on both sides

5. Crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, fragrant

Tips:

It is best to use a non-stick pan. Don’t be afraid of oil splashing after putting the steamed bun slices in. There will be a little splash of oil just after putting it in, and it will be good after a few seconds. The golden surface layer on both sides is delicious.
