Fried Strips

Wash the onions and green peppers, shred them, and place them on a plate.

The noodles are cooked in a pot. Remove and release in clear water.

Put oil in a hot pan, add onions and green peppers and stir fry when the oil is hot. Add a little tomato sauce to color.

Drain the clear water noodles, put them in a vegetable pot and stir fry together. Add tomato sauce and salt. A little water can be added. Finally add MSG.
