Fried Stuffed Dace

Wash the three-color pepper and tofu. Cut the tofu in half, remove the seeds of the three-color pepper and chop finely. Mix the seasonings well and set aside.

Use a knife to stuff the fish into the tofu, and use a little cornstarch to coat the pepper to make the fish easier to stuff.

It can be deep-fried or pan-fried until cooked through, then put the seasoning on top and turn off the heat.
