Fried Stuffed Sambo

Grind the foreleg meat into froth, add salt, peanut oil, chopped green onion, and soy sauce and mix well.

Cut the bitter gourd into small sections and dig out the seeds.

Cut the pepper into sections and dig out the small seeds.

Stuff bitter gourd and hot pepper into the minced meat.

Cut the water tofu into triangles, and hollow out a little bit to stuff the minced meat.

Add oil to the hot pan and fry all sides of the tofu until golden brown before serving.

The hot peppers are slightly fried on both sides in the pan and served.

Fry the bitter gourd in the pan until golden on one side.
