Fried Stuffed Tofu

Prepare the ingredients, stir the minced meat with salt, light soy sauce, condiments and starch

Cut the tofu into pieces, dig out the tofu into small boxes with a knife in the middle of the tofu

Stuff the minced meat into the hollowed out tofu and pat the seal with starch.

Heat the pan, add oil, add the stuffed tofu for frying, seal down, and fry until the surface is golden

Flip and fry until golden

Mix one spoonful of tomato sauce and one spoonful of oyster sauce and stir fry. Add onions and diced carrots. Mix with water, add salt, black pepper, and green pepper to a boil. Add tofu, boil over high heat and simmer until the tofu is flavorful, about three minutes.

The tofu came out. To thicken the remaining soup, add some sesame oil to increase the fragrance. Pour it on tofu.
Tips:
1. Tofu must use old tofu, which is convenient for operation. I bought Shanshui Lao Tofu. More fragrant
2. The excavated tofu can be used in other dishes, so I will use it to make soup.
