Fried Sweet Potato Chips

Prepare three sweet potatoes

Wash the sweet potato with the skin, or peel it and cut it into thin slices

Add 1 teaspoon vegetable oil

Then mix well, so that each piece of sweet potato chips is covered with oil

Preheat the air fryer at 180 degrees for 5 minutes

Pour the potato chips into the basket of the fryer

Fry in the fryer for 8 minutes

After 8 minutes, take out the frying basket and mix the sweet potato chips with quick chopsticks

Put it back and fry for another 10 minutes, until the sweet potato chips are dry and crispy, then pour out, and then fry a basket. Pour all the fried sweet potato chips into the basket.

Add a pinch of salt

Add 1 teaspoon of cumin powder

Then mix well

Put it in the fryer again and fry for 3 minutes

Take it out and eat it at the end
Tips:
I fry the three sweet potatoes in two baskets, because if you fry too many at a time, they will be uneven. The sweet potato slices should be cut evenly thick, otherwise some will be cooked and some will not be cooked.
