Add water and mashed sweet potatoes. My sweet potatoes are cooked with sugar-hearted sweet potatoes. They are dry and waxy. Adding water and noodles are generally more than other mashed sweet potatoes. They are made into a smooth dough. Covered and fermented twice as big

Take it out and add a little flour to knead, so that the air can be exhausted, and the dough can be rolled into a big round. A little thinner is better, because it is fermented noodles, it will swell and thicken when heated.

Roll it up from the bottom, cut into small pieces of the same size, take a small dose, hold both ends in both hands, gently stretch it, twist it 2 turns to make a flower roll, and make them all in order.

Add appropriate amount of oil to the electric baking pan, put the hanami on top one by one, and fry until the bottom is golden and fragrant.

Add half a bowl of water and a little water and simmer for a while to make it more mature and fragrant. Sprinkle white sesame or black sesame (optional) on the surface. Cover the pan and turn on medium heat and continue simmering for about 5 minutes. The soup is dry. Fry for another 3 minutes. Open the lid, fry for a minute, it will be more fragrant and ready to be eaten out of the pan. The sweet potato rolls made in this way are not only soft and delicious, but the bottom is browned and crispy. It has a special flavor. It is really delicious after a bite.
