Stir-fried taro puree with a little sugar and sweet-scented osmanthus, the thick taro puree and sweet-scented osmanthus fragrance are wonderful"

Fried Taro Mash

1. Peel the taro, wash and cut into small pieces or slices, steam it in a steamer, and chopsticks can easily penetrate it.

2. Put it in the food processor, add some milk to puree

3. Pour the right amount of corn oil in a non-stick pan

4. Pour the taro mash, add some sugar, and stir fry

5. Stir-fry to the dry humidity you want, turn off the heat, and add some sugar, sweet-scented osmanthus

Tips:

Add or subtract sugar and sweet-scented osmanthus according to your taste. I don’t like too sweet, so I didn’t add sugar, so I added sweet osmanthus, I like the fragrance of osmanthus
