Tips:
1. In the process of frying tofu, except for the low heat when putting it in and turning it over, the rest is frying on high heat to reduce the oil content;
2. Fry one side and then fry the other side;
3. Use a non-stick pan and keep shaking the pan;
4. This is the dry type. If you like a wet taste, you can pour some juice at the end.
