Fried Tofu Fish

Tofu fish, let the stall owner fry the fish head off.

Tips:
The meat of this tofu fish is very soft. Don't rush to turn it over when it is fried. Turn it over again when you hear the frying sound becomes low.
After it is fried, it must be gently clamped, otherwise the fish will be scattered and it will be unsightly.
