Fried Tofu Stuffed with Sweet Glutinous Rice

After the prepared glutinous rice is washed, soak half red dates in clear water to remove the pit, cut the meat into cubes, and mince the chives.

Pour the excess water out of the soaked glutinous rice, stir in the meat, red dates, chives, sugar, and a little salt.
