Fried Tofu with Bean Sprouts

Wash the tofu with small oil and wash the red peppers and set aside

Wash the soybean sprouts and drain the water for later use

Cut green onion, ginger and garlic into sections, ham sausage, red pepper cut into irregular sections and set aside

Cook in a wok until it is six mature, pour in corn oil, stir-fry green onion, ginger, garlic and red pepper, ham

Add bean sprouts to high heat and continue to stir-fry until 7 is mature

Pour in oily tofu, stir-fry, add appropriate amount of boiling water, and simmer for a while. This will add more flavor to the oily tofu.

Add a little salt, take the light sauce out of the pot and put it on the plate
