Fried Tofu with Green Garlic

Use proper oil in the wok.

When the oil is heated to 80°C, add the sliced tofu, and fry the tofu until both sides are browned.

Grill the fried tofu to the side of the pan, add the green garlic, quickly stir-fry the onion over high heat, and stir-fry until the green garlic and green leaves become darker, then stir-fry the tofu in, and finally add an appropriate amount of salt, stir-fry evenly, and serve on the pan. Tips:
1. Fry tofu over medium and small heat.
2. Stir fry the green garlic and onions over high heat. It shouldn't take too long to keep the onions crisp, so that they can have a layered texture.
