Fried Tofu with Meat

Four pieces of water tofu.

100 grams of fat (cut into thin slices), appropriate amount of ginger (slice).

Add water tofu, adjust the temperature to 700W, and fry on low heat for 3-5 minutes (4 minutes is best).
