Fried Tofu with Miso

Padded the tofu with kitchen paper, press a bowl of water, and squeeze out the moisture as much as possible;

Put the miso, minced garlic, chopped green onion, cooking wine, syrup, minced sesame oil and sesame oil into a small bowl;

Stir evenly into a sauce for later use;

Cut the tofu into large slices about 1cm thick. After the pan is heated, add oil and fry the tofu until golden on both sides;

Spread the sauce on the surface of the tofu, and spread the sauce on both sides after turning it over;

Turn to low heat and fry again until golden on both sides. The chopped green onion and garlic in the sauce are crispy and ready.
7.
The unused sauce can be served with the fried tofu for dipping.
