Fried Tofu with Moss Sticks

A piece of old tofu.

Cut into eight small pieces. Put salt in the water and cook it to remove the sourness and taste. Drain from the pot.

The moss strips are torn into small pieces.

Add a little oil and fry until golden on all sides. Fry the moss strips with the remaining oil and temperature.

The tofu is served on a plate first, and moss strips are sprinkled on top.

Tips:
Moss sticks cannot be fried on high, low, or off, just fry them until fragrant.
