Fried Udon Noodles with Shrimp and Parsley

Ingredients: Udon noodles.

Parsley.

Shrimp (cleaned).

Cooking wine, light soy sauce.

Remove the old leaves and roots of parsley, wash and remove.

Cut into sections with scissors and set aside.

Unpack the udon noodles, blanch them in a pot of water, and remove them.

Pour the oil in the pot to heat, add the shrimps, add some cooking wine and stir fry.

Next, add the udon noodles, add some light soy sauce and stir fry.

Then, add parsley, add some salt and chicken essence.

Stir fry with seasoning, serve.
