Fried Udon with Three Shredded Shrimp

Remove the gut from the shrimp, cut off the shrimp sword and long whiskers

The lean meat is cut into thin strips and marinated with raw, light soy sauce and salt. Shredded ham and green pepper

Take out the fried egg and set aside

Stir-fry with silky bottom pork

Add the green pepper and fry until the green pepper is broken and then take it out for later use

Stir-fry the shrimp in the pan until the body of the shrimp becomes red and the skin is swollen, take it out and set aside

Add eggs, shrimp, salt, light soy sauce and oyster sauce to taste

The fried prawns and eggs should be put at the end, and they taste delicious and burnt.
