A small handful of vermicelli

Put the vermicelli in the hot oil pan and fry it into white

Flip up and down and fry into white

Sprinkle some salt and pepper on the fried

Deep-fried vermicelli crispy
Tips:
The volume of vermicelli will expand when you add it. Don't put too much in it when you fry. A little bit of dried vermicelli can be used to fry a large plate.
