Fried Wakame with Yam!

Soak yam peeled and sliced in water. Try to wear gloves during the peeling process to avoid allergic and itchy hands caused by the mucus of yam.

The wakame is soaked in water.

Wash the shallots and peppers, cut into sections.

Put oil in the pan and fry the chili and green onions.

After sautéing, add yam pill and stir fry.

Then add the group of vegetables and continue to stir fry.

Add appropriate amount of dried shrimps.

Add 13 flavors of oyster sauce, soy sauce and salt chicken essence at a time, and continue to stir fry.

Continue to stir-fry for 1 minute. Yam and wakame are easy to cook! It doesn't take long. Haha, seafood flavored yam is out of the pot.
Tips:
My wakame is thin and easy to soak. Not thick!
