Fried Wonton

Let’s talk about the filling first. Marinate the minced meat, spring onion, soaked wood, with sugar, salt, and peanut oil for 30 minutes. I like to add cold potatoes or horseshoes to the filling. They are sweet and crispy and delicious.

Wrap the wontons. Because they are fried wontons, the wontons are like siu mai, with a beautiful tail, and they are crispy when fried~

Put the minced meat directly in the middle of the wonton wrapper, pinch the four sides to form a bunch~

Heat the oil, the oil must be hot, so that the wonton will be hot enough in the pot, and it will not absorb a lot of fat if it fries quickly~

Take it out to control oil~
