Fried Yam with Egg

Wash yam and carrots.

Peel the yam.

Carrot slices.

The yam is sliced and placed in cold water.

1. It is not advisable to add a variety of condiments to this dish.
2. It is not advisable to add condiments with heavy color and flavor to this dish.
