Fried Yam with Snow Peas

Cut the yam into thin slices, boil the water into the pot, the edges will become slightly transparent, and quickly remove the cold water.

Add a few drops of oil, a little salt, and blanched snow peas in the water, and remove the cold water.

Cut the large snow peas diagonally and change the knife.

Black fungus blanched (more soaked, less use actually.)

Ingredients: shred ginger, onion, garlic, green and red pepper. All ingredients are ready.

Heat the pan with cold oil, and put 10g of oil in the pan (not too much oil). After the oil is hot, add a few peppers, then add ginger, onion, garlic, green red pepper and stir fragrantly.

Then add snow peas and fungus.

Add a little white vinegar, about 3 or 4 grams, don't add too much. Add the right amount of salt and stir-fry quickly and evenly.

Tips:
This dish is refreshing, don’t add too much oil. In addition, white vinegar should not be too much, just a little bit of freshness.
