Fried Yogurt Balls

Pour an appropriate amount of flour into the yogurt.

Add starch.

Add salt.
4.
Cut the mooncake filling into pieces, rub the ball and wrap it in dry flour.

Bound up.
6.
Put 50% oil into the pot and fry the skin.
Tips:
Replace the mooncake filling with mashed potatoes, mashed yam, taro, pumpkin and sweet potatoes.
