Fried Yuba with Carrots

Carrots peeled and sliced

Soak the yuba 4 hours in advance

Put an appropriate amount of oil in a hot pan, add carrots and garlic, and fry them to create a fragrance

Add yuba and continue to stir fry

Add a teaspoon of salt

Add chicken essence and some hot water and simmer for 3 minutes.
