Fried Yuba with Cumin

1. Soak the yuba in advance, wash and set aside.

2. Drain the water a little and change the knife into sections.

3. Chop green onions and set aside.

4. Stir the chopped green onions with oil in a pot, add yuba and stir fry.

5. Add cumin powder and light soy sauce and stir well.
