Fried Yuba with Mushrooms
1.
Tear the oyster mushrooms into small flowers, rinse and blanch in boiling water for 2 minutes, then put in cold water.
2.
Squeeze the water out into the plate.
3.
The yuba soaked hair cut into sections and served on a plate.
4.
Pour the oil into the oyster mushrooms (a little more oil) and fry for a while to fry out the moisture of the oyster mushrooms, fry them out of flavor, and then pour them into the pot.
5.
Pour the yuba.
6.
Stir fry for a while, add soy sauce, salt, and chicken essence to thicken the pot.
Tips:
1. The moisture of the oyster mushrooms is as dry as possible before being put in the pot.
2. The oyster mushrooms must be sautéed to get the fragrance before adding the yuba.
3. A little magic kitchen stock (a kind of seasoning) and soy sauce can be put in the water starch to make it more fragrant.
