Fried Yuba with Tomatoes

Wash tomatoes and cut into pieces.

Soak the yuba in warm water for about ten minutes.
3.
Drain and cut into sections after soaking.
4.
Stir-fry the tomatoes in hot oil until they are juicy.
5.
Add the yuba and stir fry for two to three minutes, adding salt and chicken essence during the time.
6.
Finished product.
