Frog Muffin Cake without Oven

Melt the butter in warm water.

Add matcha powder and stir well.

Put it in an air fryer for baking.

Put the cake batter into the cake tray about 70% full, because I am afraid that the cake tray will be too soft and the shape will be deformed when baked, so I put it in the egg tart mold.

The time is set to bake at 180 degrees for 5 minutes, then turn to 160 degrees for 8 to 9 minutes.

1 The temperature of each air fryer is different, so the baking time depends on the temper of each air fryer.
