Frosted Yam Beans

Yam beans are steamed.

The ratio of sugar and water is 1:1, and stir-fry in a pot over low heat. Add a few drops of white vinegar until white bubbles appear.

Turn off the heat and stir-fry the yam beans. Adding white vinegar will make the sugar crystallize more quickly until it reaches the crystalline state.

Sweet yam beans.
