Frozen Tofu and Cabbage Soup

Cabbage core diced

Frozen tofu is thawed slightly, cut into pieces

Put a little oil in the pan, stir-fry the chopped green onion for a fragrance

Pour the cabbage and stir fry for two minutes

Pour in tofu cubes and stir fry gently

Pour in an appropriate amount of water, if you like to drink soup, add more water, then cover the pot and cook for about 10 minutes on medium heat

Season with salt before serving
