Frozen Tofu Potherb Mustard

Defrost frozen tofu

Soak, wash and cut the pickled potherb mustard
3.
Heat oil, fry scallions, add potherb mustard and stir fry
4.
Add frozen tofu
5.
Add appropriate amount of water and simmer for 5 minutes
6.
After seasoning with a little salt, turn off the heat
7.
Put it out of the pot and put it in a bowl
Tips:
The pickled potherb mustard oil has a salty taste and should be seasoned with less salt.
