Frozen tofu is made by freezing fresh tofu. It has many pores, good elasticity, rich nutrition and delicious taste. Frozen tofu can make many delicacies. It has higher nutritional value than fresh tofu.

Frozen Tofu Stewed with Cabbage

1. Wash the cabbage and cut into pieces

2. Wash the frozen tofu

3. Heat the pan, pour the shallots and sauté fragrant, add the cabbage and stir fry

4. Stir-fry the cabbage a few times, put the frozen tofu into the stir-fry

5. Add soy sauce and salt, stir fry, put water to a high heat, bring to a low heat and simmer
