Frozen Tofu with Edamame and Shiitake

Prepare ingredients.

Cut frozen tofu into small pieces, blanch the edamame in boiling water for a while to cool, soak the mushrooms and cut into small pieces, cut the green pepper into small pieces, and chop the green onion, ginger, garlic and chili.
