Frozen Tofu with Shredded Pork

Take out the frozen tofu and thaw it naturally.

Cut frozen tofu into cubes, cut ginger into slices, cut green onions into long pieces, and cut lean pork into shreds. Then add sweet potato starch and a little salt for sizing

Dried yellow flowers and black fungus are soaked in advance until soft

Pour oil in the wok and sauté the scallions and ginger, add the pork shreds and fry until the meat turns white.

Pour in frozen tofu and stir fry.

Add soy sauce, plant seasoning powder, black pepper powder, a little white sugar, then pour in the soaked dried yellow flowers and black fungus and stir-fry evenly

Tips:
1. Frozen tofu is the northern tofu I bought myself and frozen in the freezer compartment of the refrigerator. The effect is very good, and there are many honeycomb holes.
2. After taking it out, don't soak it in water. It can be cut to the point where it can be cut. The frozen tofu soaked in water is not easy to shape and breaks easily.
